At the end of the power bank there is a light that indicates how much power is left. The charging station only pops out power banks that have at least 70% power in them. So you don't risk getting a flat power bank from the start :) If 1 power bank is not enough, you can always return the used one and scan a new one each time. Then you always get a new one that is fully charged and ready to use! Mega nice!

Check that the powerbank is facing the correct way and that all connectors and cables are back in place. Try an available slot in the station. If you still cannot return it, find another GET LIT location or contact support through the chat in the app.

In the app you can see in the "list" function an overview of where there are free spaces in the nearest location
